What was your initial project with O’Toole? Renovation of Marilyn Fox Building and renovation and new construction of Staenberg Family Complex.
What was important to you when choosing a design partner at that time? A company that understands our complex organization, the various entities among it and the needs as it pertains to design, color, finishes are all different.
What 3 attributes does O’Toole have that made you decide to continue to do work with us? Great understanding of our organization and needs, works within our budget by providing various alternates, personable and friendly.
Has O’Toole Design met your needs through the years? Very much so.
Describe your partnership with O’Toole. Our relationship has grown to becoming “partners” over the years more so than a client working with a “contractor”. I say this since we have utilized O’Toole with numerous different projects over the years and we consider them part of our administrative “family” when making decisions as it pertains to facility renovations, new construction, updates, ambiance, interior design, etc.
