What was your initial project with O’Toole? Reconfiguration of our Woodlands location, second floor for Pension Services in 1995.
What was important to you when choosing a design partner at that time? Understanding our culture, customer service driven, turnaround of requests to be timely even with very little direction.
What 3 attributes does O’Toole have that made you decide to continue to do work with us? Very customer service driven/focused, very pro-active and very easy to work with.

Describe your partnership with O’Toole over the years. No matter who I work with at O’Toole Design, they always make my experience a positive one. They understand expectations and will do whatever it takes to complete a project on time no matter what challenges they face along the way. Also, our partnership has turned into a long lasting friendship.
