Welcome to our new office! Original wood ceilings, strong structural bones, and one great vision helped bring this 100+ year old warehouse back to life. The new one-of-a-kind office space highlights the many unique features of the original building while incorporating multiple company brands, corporate culture, and future expansion possibilities for a growing company.

The designers highlighted the existing structural elements such as the x-bracing, large 20’ o.c trusses and steel columns. Keeping the original structure was crucial to the design and became one of the biggest challenges. The team chose to keep the original 3-ton crane that has been repurposed into a new catwalk connecting conferencing from the top of the shipping container to the newly added second floor.

The exposed brick, warm LVT wood flooring, and ceramic tile that is reminiscent of warehouse windows all tie the space together to make it a warm and inviting place for large all-company meetings and social events.
