O’Toole Design’s “Stillwater Senior Living” project is featured in a new product brochure by Philadelphia Commercial Carpet! Philadelphia‘s brochure notes that, “today’s seniors want more than places that feel like home. They want places that ARE home.” That was designer Debbie Stamer’s approach when designing Stillwater. Carpet that had style, multi-generational appeal and high performance was key to the project goals.
