In conjunction with their development of The District in Chesterfield, The Staenberg Group needed a clever way to market the new amenities to potential tenants. To accomplish this we designed a comprehensive marketing folder, reminiscent of a record sleeve, playing off their new music venue. Included inside were three individual informational sheets to look like records coming out of the pocket.
